Refund, Modification & Delivery Policy
At Bites Arabia, we believe that exceptional quality requires meticulous preparation. Since all our products are specially crafted for each order, we have adopted the following policy to ensure clear and transparent operational procedures. 1. Cancellation & Refund Policy Customers are entitled to cancel their order and request a refund only if both of the following conditions are met: - The request is submitted within 24 hours of payment and order confirmation. - The scheduled pickup/delivery time is more than 72 hours away from the request time. Note: If these conditions are not met, no refund can be issued as the preparatory and production processes have already commenced. 2. Order Modification or Rescheduling Modification requests must be made at least 72 hours before the original delivery time: - Rescheduling to a Specific Date: Subject to availability. - Postponement without a Fixed Date: The value will be saved as "Store Credit" for 6 months. Nonrefundable for cash. 3. Post-Delivery (Food Safety) Once the order is received, it is considered final. Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery. - Quality Promise: For any significant issues, please contact us immediately (within one hour) with a photo of the product. 4. Delivery Policy - Delivery is guaranteed within the specified timeframe (From – To). - A specific arrival time within the window cannot be guaranteed to ensure smooth logistical routing.
